I'm the author of "One-Handed in a Two-Handed World" which I describe as the step-by-step guide to managing just about everything with the use of one hand. I'm also told Occupational Therapists refer to "One-Handed" as their bible. I am also author of "Teaching Me to Run"
Teaching Me to Run is the story about how I realized an impossible dream--teaching my stroke paralyzed body to run,
AND about how much damn fun running is,
AND about how you too can realize your impossible dreams,
AND about what running is.

I am so excited to report that the new Teaching Me to Run second edition will be available this week! I love this book. It's about my favorite subject--Running.
I'm planning to use this blog to write about managing single-handedly, about achieving impossible goals, and about running & moving better and about what I'm writing now. I'm looking forward to this new adventure in the Blogosphere
